Our restaurant offers you the opportunity to discover regional tastes, original recipes, seasonal dishes and homemade cakes and pastries.

Our new Chef creates refined and top-of-the-range, gourmet cuisine. Colorful dishes, surprising combinations, refinement, and spicy, full-flavored tastes, the Manoir des Montagnes’ restaurant takes you to the heart of Haut Jura.

The Chef’s specialties include fresh herbs within the dishes: Mixed of monkfish with morel mushrooms, fillet of “Black Angus” beef with a spicy paste and full-flavored Foie Gras gravy… Relish the harmony between the dishes and wines, to be chosen from a careful selection of the very best vintages from Jura and a large range of French wines.
